Ensuring that Verizon as an outsource partner can integrate in the overall IT infrastructure of the customer. Preparing a phased support outsourcing plan with multiple partners where Verizon would gradually take over the customer’s service desk and temporarily outsourcing that to a 3rd party support provider.
