FedICT – Federal ICT (Belgium)

Hired as part of Verizon Business, we developed processes to align their IT organization to match the IT organization of FedICT. Ensuring that Verizon as an outsource partner can integrate in the overall IT infrastructure of the customer. Preparing a phased support outsourcing plan with multiple partners where Verizon would gradually take over the customer’s service desk and temporarily outsourcing that to a 3^rd party support provider.
